Fintan Maguire has made television shows for over 20 years, working with BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky. Fintan set up High Rock Media after 5 years as Director of Factual at Rumpus Media, before that he was an exec producer at Spun Gold and Crackit Productions. Fintan has been trusted with delicate and privileged access to big institutions, making documentaries and series with the British Royal Family, the National Trust and Border Force. He has worked with (and created shows for) on screen talent including Laura Whitmore, Sir Tony Robinson, Gregg Wallace (MBE), and Alan Titchmarsh (MBE).

With a 15-year career in making Television programmes; starting at the BBC on Saturday night shiny floor entertainment shows including Strictly Come Dancing as well as well-known quiz and game shows such as Weakest Link and Ready Steady Cook. Whilst in London, Catriona spent time working between the BBC and Endemol. After five years, she moved home to Belfast where she spent 10 years working for NI’s largest Indie, Waddell Media. At Waddell Media, Catriona helped develop and go on to produce the "4thought" strand for Channel 4 - a series of 365 two minute programmes that played out every night after the C4 news. She developed and produced The RTS Award winning series, "The Commute" for BBC NI. She developed, secured funding for and produced a variety of documentaries and series for BBC NI, BBC 4 and RTE. In 2020 Catriona took a career break, before joining High Rock Media’s development team in September 2023
